This is titled "Undergraduate Introduction to Critical Theory" and is written by Dino Felluga of Purdue University. At this site you will find application of several approaches to two of Spenser’s sonnets. This will provide a nice sample of application even if the approach you are researching is not included.

There are a number of approaches covered at this site developed by Dr. Tom Fish with Jennifer Perkins, both with Cumberland College. Each approach includes discussion of the approach, critical assumptions and strategies, sample essays, and references.

This site, developed by students (?) at Ohio University includes overviews, application and a wonderful comparison table. The table is by far the most useful part of the site.
